About me
PL
Hey! I'm Kamil
For over a decade I've been exorcising legacy code. Greenfields, refactors, maintenance β been through it all, from fresh code to the rotting corpses in the repo. But honestly? Truth is: where code collides with AI β that's where something you can't water down happens. And the best part? I didn't even see it coming, and it already sucked me in. That's some next-level magic. The rest is ZbΔ szynek.
What I do
I build things in React. With types, with architecture, with a head on my shoulders. But I've got one flaw β I can't leave the backend alone. I always need to know what's happening behind the wall. Whether the API makes sense. Whether the spec holds up. Whether someone didn't dump crap on me that I'll be wrestling with on the frontend. A frontend dev with a backend fixation β sounds like a diagnosis, works like an advantage. And when the backend and frontend finally play nice β that's when I get into the stuff you can't water down.
Outside the editor
After hours I print in 3D and tinker with engineering projects β I like it when a digital design turns into something you can hold in your hand. I take my camera mostly to airshows: military aviation shots go straight to Instagram. A bit of tech, a bit of history, a lot of jet engine noise. And when I'm not printing, not shooting, not coding β it means I'm either sleeping, or watching something dumb about demons and vampires and suddenly the world makes sense again.
Let's talk
I'm open to ideas, collaboration, or just a casual chat. Drop me a line β never hurts to ask.
